radiator...is beyond repair
It would certainly seem to increase your options if you aren't worried about damaging the radiator. Sawz-All? Cutting torch?

Yeah... I tried to chisel the bolt that is rotating but it just gets wedged. Im not sure where to go now but I really want to avoid damaging the oem radiator. Whats a cutting torch?

The 2 bolts are captive in the rad, you have to remove the 2 nuts underneath, when I messed with mine I found that I had to sort of pull (towards the front of the tractor) on the opposite side cause the captive bolt was spinning a bit.

the issue is that the right one is spinning freely and I can't manage to get it locked to break or loosen the nut

Whats a cutting torch?
Okay, probably not an option.

Oxy-fuel welding and cutting - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Not finding a good picture of it on-line. Can you get to the sides of the nut? Possibly a Dremel tool with a cutting wheel to cut the nut in half? or a Nut Splitter?

. Whats a cutting torch?

Uh-oh!

you might not should own an old tractor if you don't know what the 3 main tools to fix them are!

welder

torch

hammer

if the shouldered bolt head spins and you can't capture it, or leverage it down or lit on the radiator to leverag ehe bolt. then you will be cutting the bolt or splitting the head...

not many options available past that.

got a hacksaw blade?

I own all three. Quick question, would it be possible for me to torch the bolt then take a chisel and try and whack the crap out of it
