Rear Inverted Snowblowers 2019

No rush on the pics and video. Now that everything is straightened out, you can expect a light snowfall season.

If anyone is interested, I am selling my meteor 78" rear inverted with the tyvek poly cutting edge and shoes. I used for only one season about 6 times. I sold my tractor and bought a tracked skid steer so the blower doesn't work for me anymore. Price is 5k

you are up parallel to CT? About those snowblowers on tractors:
They work great for heavy deep snow but if you are dealing with a foot or less I've read that they don't do so well. .

That's not true, makes no sense why that would be a problem and here I live nobody would imagine to use something like a you use in the us unless you have a tractor with dual command.

I have front mounted and inverted units. Inverted wins hand down all day, every day for me.

I can make one comment concerning rear inverted.
The tractor that 'pulls' the inverted needs to be HEAVY, not a CUT.

Under certain snow conditions* (read snowball snow) a lighter CUT's wheels will simply compact the snow and you'll have a really uneven bumpy ride. (I own a CUT)

That is when a front mounted blower has the edge.

* not often, perhaps 3-4 times over 5 years but my plow blade saved the day.

My 40hp New Holland does just fine with a rear pull snowblower.

A small CUT is not a good candidate for a rear pull snowblower.
