Rebuilt Ford 1210 NOT starting. Please help!

Do you have the shop manual (FO-44)? It answers most of the problems you are having. I have one I bought fron Newholland on line.

If it still won't start try what I said . Perhaps you are 360 out . I know it sounds wrong but the pump works on a 720 degree cycle . The lines can line up BUT it is giving fuel at the wrong time . That might be why you are getting white smoke . That is unburned fuel .

I had a similar experience with my 1210, I just rebuild the cylinder head and changed the headgasket along with all the injector gaskets.

The tractor didn't start at fist and after reading the forum I adjusted the valves.
Now the tractor starts after a long time warming up the glow plugs.
Once started, I get a lot of white smoke and then the engine runs great with no smoke at all.
