Ordered one from Amazon today. If it works will be worth the price.
Which one was faulty the one from Amazon or from the company. I haven't got one yet but was thinking of getting one from the company I would think they would make it good at that price, let us know how you make out. Thanks W.C.I think I got a bad one. Two were ordered, one from Amazon and one from the actual company. The price was the same for both.
Anyway, one of them works great. The other one slips off of the Zerk almost every time. The locking lever has to be held up (open) to get enough bite to hold the fitting on the Zerk. Even then, the pressure will "blow" it off the Zerk.
I do use air powered Lincoln grease guns but that shouldn't make a difference.
At that price, I'm going to have to do something.

If they value their business, they will eagerly accept your defective unit & replace it with a good one. Good companies do this so they can figure out what went wrong, either in their design or manufacturing and correct it as quickly as they can, before they get a reputation for hit or miss quality. Good luck and let us know how you make out!The problem is that I'm not sure which coupler is which. It shouldn't matter since they both come from the same place - the OEM manufacturer.
Their website states "money back guarantee" but I don't want my money back. I just want a product that works like my other one does.
If trying what k0ua suggested doesn't work, I'll just clean it up and send it to them with a request to replace it with a working device - not my money back. If they are an upfront company it should not be an issue.
