Thanks ... it's pretty easy (relatively speaking) to create the plans and model it in the digital aether ..

Bringing it into a physical reality is another matter tho' ...

We'll see how that ultimately goes ... :D

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

A number of years ago I started to build a dump cart for the B2910 ... and before I had it finished, Country Mfg. put their dump carts on sale for half price ... so I bought one instead.

This is the frame I built for the dump cart bed ... the center sections are 3" x 2" x 1/4" wall rectangular tube and will be used as the two main cross tubes on the lower rake section:

Reaming the 1" D.O.M. tube (pin mounts) to fit the hinge pins for the upper jaw and cylinders:

The 3" x 2" x 1/4" cross tubes after being cut to length (49 1/2"), one has had the old welds ground off and has had the heavy rust removed with a wire wheel:

After that was done to both, they both treated with phosphoric acid to convert whatever rust remained.

(I actually wish I had made these slightly longer (by 2") ... for clearance reasons when welding)
