It's good to hear she is gonna be OK.. I had a Deutz D3006 with a similar problem, but the fingers were worn off, so I had a welder buddy fabricate them out of grade 8 bolts, and I used a grinder for fine tuning. Also, if it makes you feel better, I was gonna replace the clutch and pressure plate too, "while I was in there", as you stated, but my clutch assembly was over $1300.00!!!
Those Germans are proud of their stuff!!!! Heck, the throughout bearing was $41.00!!!!!

Nurse her carefully, she will treat you right!!!

Thanks for the good words. I found the skinny end of my 10mm deep socket fit perfectly into the pilot bushing, then I added some tape on the 3/8 inch drive side for a tight fit of the disk. Worked like a champ, the socket slipped right out with an extension after the pressure plate was attached. Ouch on the $3100 clutch assembly, this was just at $200.

Great job Mike. Many years left in that machine.
Gotcha man, when I had my B7100 apart I found that my ratchet handle was the right size to align the clutch. Broom handle would probably be too big. :D
