Probably, there are some companies who make float plane launchers that are set up similar to that but with the trailer in front instead of behind.

I agree for most dogs but some have got to be wired badly. Obviously we don't know all there is about this story but it sounds like she treated her dogs well.

I posted before reading y’all defending the dogs. I love it. The dogs aren’t the problem the people are! Our bully had a world class pig hunting dog for a daddy. He was kind and gentle and loved to hunt. My dog sleeps with my 5yo. If we’re play wrestling he gets between us to protect my son and is the most loving and affectionate dog I’ve ever had. He loves everyone and all dogs he sees. According to naysayers it’s a miracle he hasn’t mauled me yet
