Wow 2 price increases in less than 24 hours. Plus, there is now a banner flag that states "#1 Best Seller in Power Welders" within the add that I did not notice previously. Must be quite a run on the purchases by us TBN guys to attain that flag banner? ( as well as trigger the price increases?)

Circuit breakers are designed for thousands of switching on and off, much fewer "faults" due to drawing too much power. Regardless, if I had a short extension cord with a 19A fuse that I plugged the welder into resetting would only require going to the welder plug. If I have to traipse down two floors to the circuit breaker on the panel it's much more of a pain.

Um circuit breakers are not designed to be used as a primary switch as in switching on and off like a light switch at all. Circuit breakers are there to be the weakest link in the chain and prevent current overdraw period (circuit breakers are a more modern and safer convenience to a fuse. They prevent idiots from installing a 20 amp fuse in place of a 15 amp fuse or worse yet replacing the fuse with a penny. While the same mistake can be done with circuit breakers it at least involves going inside the panel and doing some disassembly with tools - all above the average idiots capability). Plus with a breaker no need for a replacement like when a fuse blows and you need another - simply reset it and good to go).

Not going to argue with you any further though. Good luck finding a 19 amp fuse as I have never seen one but they probably do exist.

What part of, Amazon is losing money on everyone of these, are you having trouble with? Amazon made a mistake. It's a mistake that many of us took advantage of. Maybe we should get together, as buyers, and buy one for Shield Arc. That would make sense to me. Thanks Shield Arc!

Hey Raspy ole pal....I have no problem with Amazon losing money....What are you even getting at....I simply said because Shield Arc let everyone know ...he should get rewarded...by the way did you see the icon after what I posted....Relaz Raspy ole boy....

How do you take advantage of a posted price? Yes, sometimes mistakes are made in flyers and newspapers but in this case, Amazon should have done a better job checking before posting the price on their huge website.

I was hoping Shieldarc would feel guilty about all us poor fellas buying welders that we really did not need and fly around the country and give us all some one on one over the shoulder instruction about reading the puddle, manipulating the puddle, arc force settings, hot start settings, etc.

Sounds like a great way to spend his retired years....just kidding Shieldarc (in case sarcasm was not evident is was indeed intended)

Sounds like a great Idea...as soon as Shield Arc calls me ...I will open my calendar to suit whatever time he has available...Maybe Shield Arc will do it...never know...:laughing:
