When I first signed up with this provider, I was logging on at 49 and 50k every time. Then suddenly, poof! 28.8 everytime. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gifI called a month ago and complained and they said they'd fix it and to call anytime it was that slow. Apparently there's a problem with the phone company and there is no way for the provider to know (or if there is, the provider never bothers to pay attention to it until someone complains). So far, they haven't fixed it, so I'm gonna have to complain again.
I wired the new house with cat5e and a star pattern, too. Got the expensive in-the-wall boxes for it. Now, I have better equipment than the phone company it will be connected to. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
