Still an oil mans shill I see!

Makes more sense than shilling Coal powered cars that are labeled as "Emissions free".

Some folks value honesty, over politicaly correct lies.

Not quit the same thing, but my car has a green sticker on it that says 'PZEV'. Means Partial Zero Emission Vehicle, Im assuming if you compare the amount of fuel i'm burning to go a mile, to a well lets say a M1 abrams battle tank, that those gallons of fuel are not burned, so, no emissions. :p
Im so Green, you all can have envy now.

Subaru ?

Don't most modern cars get double the mpg of cars from the 70's? Maybe we all have pzevs.

If you have an old Red Green show vehicle, waxing the ductape may reduce friction, increasing aerodynamics, increasing mpgs.

Yes, Subaru.

You might want to put a good coat of varnish down on the duct tape before waxing.

Reminds me of my first car, Rambler American. Cost one hamburger and $35 dollars. It came with a nice green metal flake, applied with a paint brush, at least i think it was metal flake.

I'm laughing because some non technical liberal dreamer thinks that a world wide power grid of 4954 BILLION Kw hr is possible. Where are you getting all the aluminum and copper?

Tesla's wireless power transmission system. No need for aluminum and copper wires.

I've still got my 59 Rambler American... one of these days I keep telling myself I need to bring it out of the barn... on a scale of 1 to 10 it's an 8

It belonged to my Great Great Aunt... as a kid... I was always looking after it for her and she told me around age 12 it's mine when she stops driving... she was born in 1900

If you live in eyesight to the power plant smoke stack that are charging your battery car from, can you still call it zero emissions with a clear conscience?

If you do the calculation even when you charge the battery from the coal fired plant you pollute less than when using combustion engine. At current prices of PV systems you can make your electric power cheaper than buying fuel. We make our own power already but waiting for the electric cars to be improved enough to be really practical and affordable.

About half the Electric Vehicle owners I know charge their cars from their own solar panels...

Some have panels they own both at home and at their office... which again they own.

It's almost the latest fad for Bay Area Doctors... they take all the tax credits and incentives and build their systems plus they get a pass into the carpool lanes which is no small thing.

It could be an only in California thing...

Two are now only electric for the family fleet...

Not a GM volt in the lot...
