SSQA to go on 3 point hitch

I had this ssqa laying around from a previous project converting from JD's quick hitch to ssqa. Sold the Deere and thought that with all the ssqa "stuff" I have, it might be handy to have a rear ssqa. Forks came to mind, then a bucket for carrying tools or what ever, then I do have a couple of snow plows that are ssqa to plow in either direction. This (part) was originally the "front" of a Bobcat SS that a buddy gave me.
The reciever hitch looking part at the top link connection is going to be a 3 or 4 position, adjustable mounting point for the top link. With any luck, I'll be able to get the geometry right to be able to actually dump the bucket with the limited stroke of my hyd. top link. That load of damp sand would only "dump" about half way:confused3: not my main objective, but it sure would be handy.

I had similar thoughts, especially given my 3pt lifts a ton & my loader only half a ton.

Plans got derailed by a $200 3pt forklift. Unfortunately the weight of the forklift & the extra distance with the QH made my 3pt top out at about the same fill level on my test IBC tote when filling it to water the trees.

Still want to find the male parts of a SSQA for cheap at some point & build one like yours.
