Suspension seat for JD 4110

If you look at the link I posted earlier you can se the SE seat on my 2210 and you can also see the adjusment knob and weight indicator. Its a little taller than the standard X but Believe me It absorbs the bumps greatly. Its night and day difference.I have 2 ruptured discs in my back and can't have anything with out a suspension seat on it. I had to modify my Kubotas ZD 25 seat because its spring only and was to hard on my back.

Hey Ira have you looked at the Special edition X seat yet? Did you get how I think you can mount the seat with very little mods?

Jim,

I think I understand it a little better. I also got an exploded parts view of the seat from the dealer, which also helps. Problem is that if I buy it and can't get it to work, the dealer won't take it back. Guess I could always try to sell it on the board at a reduced price if that happens.

I will probably order it next week sometime.

I ordered the seat after being reminded by the dealer that it cost $440 and cannot be returned. Hope it works. It will probably take two or three weeks for it to come in.
