Here is a pic of the Loader bucket and a pic of the Tie rod and the last pic is where the rubbing is occuring.
The rub is directly below where the hydrualic steering assist pin is under the center of the tractor, minor damage.
As you can see it is a slight bow in the tie rod bar.
I believe your pin-on bucket is HD and the same as mine. I would install/weld that QA plate so that it protruded above the bucket and was even with the bottom. I'd then gusset behind the top of the plate to the existing reinforcement. The pin mounting brackets can be cut off the back of the bucket, but left on the top. Here is a link to the Kasco Uni-Hitch I installed on my bucket. notice at the bottom that the bucket is moved 6" forward. This gives you less breakout force and causes the bucket to roll back further at maximum rollback also.
Yes, your tie-rod is bent upwards. Obviously the tractor has been driven over something and the tie-rod bent. I don't think it is severe and you should be able to get it straightened.
I also see a zerk fitting on the back side of the left wheel's tie-rod end. You should have a similar one on the right and one on the power steering ram as well.
