Tajfun logging winch

There is a Farmi dealer near Elmira - Northeast Implement. I bought the JL501 a few years ago. It is probably the best investment I've made in a long time. Makes managing my woods so much easier. The Tajfun winches looked good too, but there aren't any dealers close. Hud-son in Barneveld sells Uniforest winches, which are pretty good too.

I'm currently looking at a Tajfun EGV 45 myself, it is funny for Montana to have such heavy and dense forested areas. VEY few forestry winch dealers available.

Forestry winches are nice. First we had a grapple for years. Then we added a tow truck winch on the grapple. Now we have a Farmi. We also have a full out log skidder. But the tractor is very handy.

Got Norse 250-same as Igland 2501-ordered and said to arrive at dealer in May. It took a while to find nearby dealers, but then 2 showed up all at once right in my state. Keep searching-anyone winch hunting-and using this very forum, dealers are out there, just takes more poking around than it would seem.
