I noticed a similar situation with my 55da the other day. I have 55 hours on my DA, and I would say 40 hours is loader work. I have moved over 65 logs from 18" diameter 16' long to 48" diameter 6' long. I have maxed the front end out many times. I can tell you this tractor should steer with out a hitch under those conditions. I had it freeze up twice, I jiggled it(the controls steering weel, throttle, bucket angle) and the steering was back to normal with the same load.
CNH needs to care and take notice. This thread needs to stay at the top of this forum. You need to post an update once a week to keep this thread awake.
I care, I want to own a Blue tractor and recommned it to others. But when you have battery problems, and steering problems, it's starting to take on a Ford or Dodge name (hehehe sorry GMC family).
Seriously, keeps us updated once a week.
Best of luck to you.
BTW, I love my 55da, but I do have some complaints. When I have time some day soon I will post pics of my problems to see if others have thoughts on how to remedy.
