Hi All, I Have a New Holland TC35D with a rusted floor. Well, I decided to build my own floor after getting a quote for a used one for $2500. Here are some pictures of what i have done so far. i have about $575 in metal, and $100 in paint. I Don't generally count tools as a project cost, but i did end up buying a hypertherm powermax 45xp, and that cost me about $2100. If you take all of this and add it up it came out to $2775. Cheaper than getting the other one shipped which was rusty too. Any questions let me know!

Thanks, new Holland used a rubber floor mat with foam. The foam traps moisture and then proceeds to rust out the floor. The previous owner never took off the floor mat and that's why there is so much rust

How's that hypertherm? Keep clean dry air going through it and it should last forever.(y)What kind of welder do you have .? Whats your plans for paint. ? The last couple of projects I did I had them powder coated cause My buddy with the weld shop found a guy that did it realy reasonable.

It's especially useful when it so ----- cold out with limited shop space. High of 15 today.🥶🍻

Absolutely love my Hypertherm 45. No problems with it, it is absolutely excellent and quality exceeds expectations. I bought the hypertherm air filtration kit for like $245, but it was worth it since my gas air compressor is outside. I have a hobart ironman 210. My plans for paint are to Use a HVLP gun, but if i can't use that i was just going to brush it on. I bought the new holland blue enamel.

For touch up I use Rust oleum NH blue. Matches up seamlessly. Did loader arms on the old one with a hot dog roller. Came out like glass. Not bad for $15 a quart paint. I did by the CNH NH dark gray for the chassis at $45 a quart cause I didn't feel like trying to custom color the Rust oleum. They seem to be holding up the same.🍻

Nice work! It looks really rugged. Is it substantially heavier that the original floor (which is probably a good thing)?
