The Fleet

Got motivated today and cleaned up the fleet. Figured today would be the last 85 degree day in Albany , New York for a while so I took advantage of the weather. I included the Bobcat because it has a Kubota engine. Everytime I get a new piece of equipment my wife asks, "How much?" I always say "Fifty bucks." So, I got about $250.00 invested.

The little guy is PD and the big guy is Bear. I don't need to tell you which one is the Boss. They love to go for rides in the RTV, PD up front with me and Bear in the bed.

Nice collection Mike! That bobcat's days my be limited in your fleet. I suspect Kubota will have an Orange replacement for you SOON!

It's fun to see other peoples tractors . . . but it's more fun to see the incredibly beautiful places some people get to live. I live on a beautiful 80 acre farm in Kansas, and as much as I love it, I think your place overlooking the lake is over the top! I hope you wake up every day appreciating it.

Nice!!! Why do you have three tractors?

Use the L3130 for the heavy brush work and digging.
The Bx2230 is used for the large area mowing, bagging and spraying.
G2160 is used in tight areas and under trees in orchard(tired of fixing cheap lawnmowers)
I know that there is some overlap in the uses of the tractors but having one do all of the tasks is hard to do, having the brute of the L3130 is nice and having the use of the Bx is great for landscaping. Will have lots of future use as we have 22 acres to develop overlooking the lake.

I know what you mean, seems like a tractor big enough to do serious work (like my 5030) is too big to do smaller tasks like cutting the lawn etc. Besides, you can never have too much machinery.
