Time for a new trailer

I like those a lot, wish there was a dealer closer to us.

We get bent over up here in the North East when it comes to prices. ... literally 2k more for a trailer that I can drive 300 miles to pick up out of state.

Oh yeah! I just went to MD for a 8' Bush hog, and have a buddy go to PA for an aluminum replacement truck bed.

Got the new trailer today. Looked and looked within 150 miles for a 14k galvanized or aluminum split tilt. Could not really find anything that fit my needs. Ended up with this one. It's 22' and 16,500 GVW. The axles, tires and rims, as well as the trailer itself are very stout. I don't imagine I will out grow it anytime in the near future. The finish is powder coat and it is the first time I have had that. Hope it holds up well.

It appears to be.. the ramps are 2 piece so they are about 7' long. They are spring assist when they go up and down. But the 2nd 1/2 is not spring assist. They are a bit heavy, but not as bad as I first thought they would be.

Once it chips and starts to peel. It peels in sheets, unlike paint. But if it is a quality powder coat there should be no problem.
