Having used a UNIX system at work most of my life, I've never liked bill gates' stuff, but I'm stuck with it at work now. On a Sun workstation's keyboard there are "Cut" and "Paste" keys as well as other convenient keys, so you don't have to use Ctrl-anything. I just found out about something that's real handy for MS Windows. You can program your function keys to do whatever you want. The first 4 keys are free, but for the rest you have to pay $13.
