Try contacting Fedex about returning the frame on their dime. Worth a shot. Probably good to make sure you will get you $$ returned from Titan though if they get the frame back.

save the backing that you received and make something else out of it.
add a hay spear to move hay.
make a cage man lift.

I would consider buying it, if I knew where he was. I do miss having forks.

I bought these forks from them (palletforks.com - I think that's the same company) three years ago and I have zero complaints. They're on my loader probably 60% of the time, and I've abused them digging boulders out of the ground (probably shouldn't do this) and have had nothing happen. I don't recall packaging concerns; mine came all on the same day, though I can't remember if the cling wrap was marred or not. They could be easier to move from one setting to the next (raise loader arms a bit, drop curl to about 45 degrees, and it's a lot easier... but still not slippery smooth) but they seem super solid to me.

Yep - same here. Good company with free shipping. Ordered stump bucket, Maintenance cage, 8 ft scrape blade, forks 40 inch and 60 inch and landscape rake. Have been pleased with all. Free shipping on heavy items makes their products affordable.

I have the same set of forks. When they were in shipment I got a phone call from FedEx asking if I wanted them to be delivered as the packaging had been damaged. Luckily everything was there, although I believe that I had to buy a couple of pins.

If you do end up with a complete set be aware that the backing plate isn't much better than tin foil. I haven't decided if I'm going to buy a heavier plate or an entirely new set of quality forks. In hindsight I wish I'd put the money toward the grapple I eventually purchased, and bought a decent set of forks later.
My EA forks are great, and not any more expensive than other quality forks.
EA will no longer ship to Maine though, so you would have to pick up in NH.

I've decided just to wait for the replacement forks. I may have mentioned that I would have to pay shipping for the return. That was incorrect and a misunderstanding on my part. Titan Attachments (palletforks.com) would have the rack picked up and I would get a full refund. I called around today looking for any SSQA pallet forks and there's just NOTHING out there. I was talking with my buddies today and you're starting to see the real effects of this country being shutdown and locked down as long as it was. I'm considering spending a couple of hundred dollars just to make sure I have a good supply of spare parts for my tractor. When stuff goes out of stock, you just don't know when you will find it again. I ordered a Piranha toothbar from BX Expanded a month ago and they just told me it will likely be another month before it's shipped.

It's not just this country. It is all the countries that supply this country.

If you have a recent model tractor or car, don't expect to get electronic control modules. Lead time on some automotive chips are being scheduled at 92 weeks. I have parts that I need for our production scheduled out at 92 weeks... How do you run a business with that kind of lead times...

Let's be careful not to take this off topic. Steel is precious like wood is precious right now. Prices are nuts if you can get some. The items you are looking to buy likely need precious steel.

Yep, didn't mean to derail this topic but there is a real demand for durable goods, replacement parts, and materials like wood and steel. Buy it when you can find it!

Hope they get the forks to you soon. Good update and glad to know they were willing to stand up for what's right for you.

Could be fedex will find the lost forks. Those would be hard to hide but if the labels are missing they won't know what to do with them.

I have had okay luck with Fedex. USPS is about to get on my last nerve. Waiting on a package now that scanned into Atlanta on Monday (the day it was scheduled to arrive at my house) and hasn't seen any movement since.

I called FedEx yesterday and all they can do is confirm that they are lost and the shipper should file a claim. Funny part is my wife works part time for FedEx ground. I've told her to be on the look out for these long, heavy metallic objects that are missing a tag. No doubt that's what happened; they tag got knocked off and they are sitting in a corner of a warehouse.

I just got a 68'' flail mower from palletforks.com, and it came in a wood crate on a pallet. Really packaged well, the flail mower has been used on 3 jobs now. No complaints about them.

Fed Ex is horrible. They have lost numerous items that were delivered to my house. The items are marked delivered, but never were. No problems with Amazon or UPS. I had an large item lost by Fed Ex from Titan. I don’t know how you lose a 100 lb 4 foot wide item like mine. Titan did refund me.

I’m on my 4th order of a pine straw rake from Titan. The first 2 were damaged by FedEx and marked undeliverable. The 3rd one was lost by FedEx. My 4th one is preordered. I could’ve really used it a month ago when the others were already supposed to be here.

Titan has been short on pallet forks for some time now. I wonder if they were actually shipped. 😏

When I ordered mine about a month ago, I took the 36" because that's all I need AND THEY WERE IN STOCK. The others were not. But when they arrived, they were metal banded to the pallet.

Took me 2 tries with the pine straw rake (ordered through Amazon, but dealt directly with Titan) missing all hardware (bolts/washers/nuts) and missing several tines, and the pain on the tines is awful. Works well for pine straw though.
Originally Titan wanted me to find parts locally, and said they'd refund me the amount, I wasn't game for that.
They said they didn't have a pack of tines or hardware. I told them fine, come pick the rake up then.
The suddenly found hardware and tines to ship, go figure lol

I ordered a front and rear helwig sway bar for my motorhome a few months ago and FedEx delivers them in 2 seperate boxes. Front sway bar package is fine but rear sway bar package is opened/torn and no sway bar in it!! Just the hardware, lol. Luckily helwig sent me a new one and just requested pics of the damaged package.
