Congrats on your new machine! Seems like every tractor has it's quirks and "undocumented features" :).

My pins were so tight that after beating them out (or at least the first one until the bind was releasted ) there was no way that it would go back in. JD service guy couldn't get it back in and ended up taking it into the shop and they had to drill out the excess. Was about 1/4 inch off. I guess it is a common problem.

I love that term! My tight ROPS pin "feature" is already starting to loosen up a bit. Maybe it's because I've forgotten twice now to lower the ROPS before entering my garage..whoops.

Still had problems with the MMM; very temperamental, either would not lower but half way down, or would go all the way down regardless of height control knob setting. I scalped some turf badly because of that. The guys from the dealership were great and came back for another visit. Turns out the Independant lift kit was not hooked up "independently"; the rockshaft control lever was in direct competition. They disconnected the 3ph from it, made sure the height control knob was hitting the stops, and I'm back in business with a height controlled deck now.

I think this may be a feature, not a bug. Mine does the same thing. I've been intending to ream the hole for a year but haven't gotten around to it.

Mine was off by about a 1/4" also, I reamed the holes.

Tractor? What new tractor? No pics, didn't happen.

Congrats on the new 2320. Only problem with mine is not enough seat time.
Good luck,
Steve in NH
