Between my home in Maryland and my farm in Pennsylvania I pass a number of TSCs. I rely on them for gates and related hardware, large & concentrate quantities of RoundUp et al, and various parts that would require me to go to both a Home Depot and an auto parts store. They really do have "the stuff you need out here." Sometimes they have friendly helpful people and other times its like night of the living dead. Once at the farm, I always go to the local True Value where they walk around the store with you to help fill out your list -- its a real flash from the past.
I bought a back blade from TSC because it was half the price of the ones from the tractor dealers. And there aren't a lot of moving parts on a back blade. But I'm hesitant to buy anything more complicated like a tiller. I've read a lot of reviews of their machinery and it seems its pretty cheaply made.
And hey, who can resist Chick Days.
