For all it matters, I have a B6100 hst with a 4' lucknow blower on the back, 2 full-sized tractor weights hanging off the front, and a mid plow mount, and haul it on a 11' trailer that used to be a travel trailer. Being so, it can easily take the weight, and it also has electric brakes. I didn't have a controller hooked up at first, so hauling it with my S10 needed extra caution. I figure trailer with load weighs about 2000lbs., or a bit more.
I have since hooked up the brakes, and I recommend brakes for anyone hauling their tractor. It doesn't matter much, UNTIL that panic-stop situation is happening to you, and you need to stop NOW, regardless of what you're driving/hauling. The brakes made quite a difference with my small truck. Most of you guys are hauling much more weight with bigger trucks. You still have to stop all that.
