Load the tractor and use the backhoe to raise the ramps. Maybe weld a "handle" on the inside of the ramps for the bucket to get under and lift up the ramps.

Here's a picture of how I modified my ramps for loading of mowers and golf cart or anything else, which I'm showing to give you an idea of what my ramp weighs now. I put 2 springs on the shaft that goes through the ramps and it makes picking up the ramp a one handed job. I've got a pic here somewhere of the springs, can't find it now. I believe trucking supply/repair places carry them. They have so much spring, without the center section, the ramps wouldn't stay down.

I used the strongest garage door springs that Lowes had in stock, I forget the lb rating on them. Used a pair of them and cabling to do our mowing trailer tailgate and it works real well. My 10 year old now safely opens and closes the gate.
