Unfortunately, we are not even close to saying the same thing...I think that you and I are saying the same things. You know the limits of safely operating your machine. Many brands advertise lift capacity that is higher than what is prudent for the weight of the machine as an advertising draw. But in reality exceeds the safety limits. Real world performance may vary….
Not sure how to rectify that, either.
It is most certainly NOT being done as an "advertising draw" or other such stunt. "Reality" is in the eye of the beholder. They are most certainly not "exceeding safety limits", or any other such nonsense.
There are "Equipment Operators" and there are "Doorknobs".
