Rob is right. There are thousands of van roofs laying around Elkhart County, Indiana. One place even built a privacy fence out of them. Could be worth checking out. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
This thread reminds me of one of those shows on the dish where the wife calls the show and they "steal" the husband's piece O' junk high school car and restore it without his knowledge... except you are in on the joke. Nice work. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The problem with those van roofs is they don't take off the rain gutter, they leave them on the Van. I need the roof and the gutter to replace the rot on mine! Von
AAhh. So you need to salvage that rain gutter with the roof. Sounds like that requires the destruction of an entire van body.
You also inquired about power sun roofs in vans. I don't ever recall seeing one from the factory. Everything always seems to be aftermarket or van conversion accessories.
Thats what junk yards are for! Around here cars don't last more than 10-15 years due to the salt they put on the roads in the winter. So If I can get one that has not been crushed yet. The roof should be cheap. Von
