Unique Problem?

About that early warning system, there is a device available that mounts to the front of a vehicle's grill/bumper (or somewhere) that will sound an alarm when approaching a preset (by you) distance to the back garage wall. Sounds like it would do the trick for the visually impaired! /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Not only are these BUFOOOOONS fast!
But they are efficient. They can build a tractor with less parts than they where designed for. Kubota is a great tractor. Even better with all the parts.
The spacers where probably ALL THE WAY ACCROSS THE ROOM! "Screw em, close enough." "Yeah, Lets go get a fast food burger." " I hope those kids do better work than we do Clem!"

Sounds about right! I knew there was a saying for that, but just couldn't remember what it was! /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif I've seen these alarm systems several places, but do know that JC Whitney had them in their last few catalogs also. Good luck with the garage door!

I've seen the Backup/Distance Alarms being closed out @ our local K-Marts for $20.

Never had a need for one, don't know if it's a good price or not? {Orig. Price $49.}

If they don't want you to fold or remove them, why do they put them on in the first place? /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif And, does anybody know how folding/non-folding perform in an actual emergency? I'd hate to think that when I needed it the darn thing would fold up on me! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif
