Geez! Those are "cottages"? More like "castles"! I'd take any one of those in a heartbeat!

How does one know when the shot is centered and how do you activate the shutter?

I am speaking from a low price point. You can get live feedback but anything of quality and distance is very expensive (100K plus investment)

here is the cheapest live video one I know of, but I think the images would be terrible as there is no zoom and the camera is low grade

We use remote helicopters all the time in my business, and now news crews are starting to buy into them.

So, as their website requests obtaining a quote, and I am lazy, how much do these setups run, roughly? You say "cheapest", but is that still thousands of dollars?

A couple of year ago they were basing at 22K to transmit down, 15K for just the machine (no camera), they topped at around 50K

No reason to see the price as having gone down. They are selling enough at the high pricepoint to not have to worry about competition.

Here is a UK site I found for a guy selling one. He shows more photos than any other and said he paid 8000 pounds which is about $4850USD. The dragan site requires that you request a quote.
