Loader Video ~ Do my FEL arms rattle excessively? DK40 SE

I agree with previous threads. Nearly every loader ive ever run rattled somewhat.....those parts have to move freely to even work in the first place, and its always metal on metal.

I agree with others..remove the loader stands. I pulled mine the 1st day i had the tractor delivered, and there stored in tractor shed. That got rid of most of the noise.

there are 2 rubber O-ring between the brackets and the stand on each side to minimize the rattles. wish I had the tractor to take some pictures of them... tractor will be here on saturday, if I think about it, ill post pictures

I have the DK50 SEH with about 100hrs but no loader. I have a loud rattle but found out it was the exhaust. The front exhaust pipe moves slightly causing a rattle that gets louder at higher RPM. If your hear a rattle that doesn't come from your loader it might be from there.

Grease dirt put bucket on. Come on man get it dirty its a tractor, grease the pins. The extra keeps dirt and water out.

You think that's bad you should see some of the stuff on our job. Our lull shakes so much I should bring it home for my wife to sit on. It just a tractor not a swiss watch. Some slop has to be built in so thinks don't go into bind.:drink:
