Looking good! Can you post a picture of how the garage door openers attach to the ceiling in the garage? My dad is wanting to put up a new ceiling in his garage and is considering the metal roofing material. We aren't sure how clean it would look installing the garage door to the ceiling with the ridges from the metal roofing. Currently, his garage doors attach to the ceiling with wide lateral supports running along the trusses.

Cheap yellow pine with a clear coat. It will darken over time to more of an amber. Not good for large dogs,

Started aluminum patio fence today and almost 12 hours later 80% done. Without a NH and auger I would be barley started. I don't have much down force with the auger. Soil was so hard I had to dig down about 6" to get it to bite. Wife brought my oldest son by for about 4 hours. It was rock and roll when he works. What a pleasure to see a kid with 4 kids and a real work ethic.

Porch was screened while I was out of town. System was like a old time screened window. Plastic double track around window. Use rubber rope with a roller and then a cover snaps over it. Very clean system.

Maybe a dumb question here, but is the water outlet being so close to the electrical box (in the garage) not a code violation?

I was worried about that, but the inspector did not have any issue. I do plan on replumbing it. The pipe was mounted with what we had on hand before the panel was set. The blind capped end towards the panel is going to go to my sprinkler as a feed line. I have a ball valve at the tank in the house on the feed line for the garage, one valve as it comes into the garage in the picture. The other ball valve was for the sprinkler master on-off.
