weight of 1533?

Did anyone ever figure out the actual weight of a 1533. The Massey brochure says 2800 lbs. but I've heard that weight doesn't even include tires or wheels. I have a 1533 with industrial tires loaded tires, and a 1525 loader. I've found a place to weigh mine but won't be able to do it for about a month and I'm trying to come up with at least a rough weight on it for a new trailer that I'm planning on buying to transport the tractor.

I don't think that it was ever nailed down. I would say that it is in the 3300-3400 lbs. area.

A dealer here told me that with the industrial tires filled with fluid and the 1525 loader with skid steer type quick attach 66" bucket he figured the tractor should weigh about 5000 - 5500 lbs. I doubt it's as heavy as they told me there but I'm not sure maybe with the loader it is up close to 5000.

With a loader and filled tires, it would be in the 5000-5500 range. I am like you, I think that it would be closer to the 5000 end.

Base tractor - 3073 lbs with R4's. No fluids.

It looks like I'm going to be able to weigh my 1533 on Friday. If I get to do it I'll report back then with the weight. John

not apples to apples but my 1547 loaded tires, 1530 loader and box scraper weighed 6840...

I was able to weigh my 1533 yesterday. The weight was 5125 lbs. which included the following:
MF 1533
Industrial tires, filled with fluid
66" skid steer bucket
Tel-trax aluminum canopy cover (cover alone weights about 130 lbs.)
Full fuel minus what it took me to drive the 2 1/2 miles to the scale.
