Two things:
A headband magnifier. This one has LED illumination and assortment of interchangeable lenses. Rechargeable batteries plugs into a phone charger. $26
A transport chair I ordered for my Mother who unfortunately passed away and never used it.
I was going to return it but it's fantastic for working on cars or something on the workbench where a stool is too high, not working bent over. Arms tilt up, easily folds and brakes if needed. $80.View attachment 4516379View attachment 4516380View attachment 4516381
Back around '07 we had a project on the Blue Mountain and Kittatinny turnpike tunnels. The tunnels had different dimensions. The older (by maybe 30 years) Westbound tunnel is about 18" narrower and has less space above the ceiling (unlike the Eastbound that was about 10' or better the entire length). At the portals there's plenty of headroom for the first maybe 100' and then the roof tapers down so you almost have to duckwalk. One of the fellas had his wife bring an old wheelchair from the rehab place where she worked and it worked great.

Didn’t buy these this week, but finally made space in the garage so I could pull the car in to get them installed.

rears on the wife’s Subaru. Dealer wanted 700 bucks. I did them for 400 and the only reason it was that much is I had to buy a odb2 scanner to properly release the electronic parking brakes. Better quality parts than the crap Subaru would have used. Shout out to Rock Auto.

The gas savings alone pay for my annual Costco membership. Many days they are 40-50 cents per gallon cheaper than the other stations in the area. The downside is it’s often a 15 minute wait to get to the pumps due to lines.
Easily!

I bought a new pair of felt pak boots.

My old old ones were completely shot, so last year I bought a new set, and because one foot was swelled a bit from an injury, I thought nothing of the fact that one boot fit a bit tighter. I thought no big deal, the swelling will go down and I lived with it!

Now it's a year later and that boot is still tighter than I want, so I took a good look at it, AND that dam-boot is one size smaller than the other!!

It's too late to take them back now, so I ordered a new set in the bigger size, and YES I check the size on both boots! lol

BTW, both sets were FREE, because I bought them with my Cabelas points.

That's funny! Somewhere in cyberspace, another fella is posting the same thing!

At least you mounted it in the correct orientation!

The other day I saw someone going down the road with the tip facing forwards!

I discovered a Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am almost identical to the one I wrecked as a kid.
Only option missing is the factory CB.
It has under 10,000 miles and hasn't seen sunlight in over 25 years.
Body and mechanicals are all original and matching. Tires are dry rotted. I'm assuming houses and other rubber seals etc to.
There's another guy bidding but I'm pretty sure I can top him.
Christmas a bit early?

I gas up at Costco early Sat. or Sunday morning, always an open pump, never waited... it helps that I live only a mile away. And yes, it's $0.40 cheaper than the 3 gas stations that I pass by to get to Costco!!
We're dropping Costco because we don't make the 45 mile drive enough. Amish discount/grocery stores not far away are cheaper and fresher than Costco. Our gas is usually cheaper than it is in the city or Costco.

I bought a set of tires for my F350 at Tire Rack headquarters. They were installed there. Cheapest installation price around here.
