Bought the first stocking stuffer for the tractor. LoL. He will be happy not hearing me cuss when I have to drive back to the shed for a dang screwdriver.

got out in the rain, backed out the tractor out of my trucks spot in the carport, unhooked the rake and put it back in it's spot inside the storage building. Gonna be very wet the next three or four days here, with snow and ice hitting spots all around us. Y'all be safe out there!

turned the key backwards to activate the glow plug, and the dash light didn't come on that the glow plug was working. Hardest it's been to start since I've had it. Funny, after I parked in it's normal spot, turned it off and then tried it, the glow plug worked flawlessly

Did the 50.

All three filters came off easily, once I got the right wrenches in place. Went ahead a drained the Hyd Oil since I already had a bucket. Kinda glad I did based on the color of it. Just a bit of 'stuff' on the drain plug magnet, but not bad.

Then ran it for an hour or so to do a firewood run. Everything seemed to work fine, not jerkiness. I'll have to check the fluids again tomorrow to top them off.

I finally finished up a couple of projects. Mulching pine straw around the front of the house, although the yard still isn't dried out from all the rain, there's more coming this weekend so I needed to finish that up.

and I finished wiring up the work light I bought for the back. I actually mounted the other of the two on the roll bar, but didn't wire it in yet, I need some protective plastic tubing. It sure made it better backing in the garage

Made another several passes down the road to a fallen tree to cut, split and haul future firewood.

papachaz----does your tookbox seal well in the weather like rain and snow?
I use an ammo box mounted same spot as yours but I need a longer box for wrenches.

it keeps water out from what I can tell so far, but I store mine inside, so it's not out in the weather all the time to know for sure. I looked at a couple of different brands of plastic toolbox about that same size that might be a bit more water tight

this is from yesterday, a day late posting it. So several weeks ago, I bought a used set of hay forks. I don't move that much hay, but I do use them as pallet forks. Not long ago, I made some mounts to clamp on my FEL so I could use my boom pole out front, and yesterday I mounted some new pins on the hay forks so I can use them out front too. Definitely need to get some QA pallet forks because I use a lot of pallets for things around here. Thinking I may invest in some warehouse racking and put what implements on pallets for easier space saving storage....

My $10 toolbox from HD is watertight as far as I can tell. It's been out in the rain a few times and no wet inside.

Got a little light in the front end today. Dug up a small tree (about 2' tall) and left it with the root ball in the BH bucket to move to the new location. That was enough to upset the balance and I saw the front wheels come off the ground briefly while climbing a small slope. FEL was on with the bucket just above the ground.

Moved very carefully until I got back to level ground.
