Ah, Daigle, you just HAD to say that, didn't you! (We're back into the single digits again...)

Finally finished reinstalling (1/8" thick UHMW lining on the inside) the snowblower chute, it's been a long project.

Also removed all of the old 12v wiring from the 2 electric switches inside the cab and rewired them (I am a fan using the 4 wire trailer connectors for easy disconnection).

Were showing a storm coming, so I might swap out the Dozer Blade for the snowblower this weekend?

Did the same -- flat-four connector that connects just under the hood. A heck of a lot easier than the factory/dealer set-up! I use a velcro strip to gently tie it to the alternator bracket when in use.

Yes much easier to connect/disconnect the 2 electric switch controls to the snowblower.

My flat four connector is inside of the cab just below the 2 switches which are mounted on a 3/16" thick piece of UHMW that I had laying around, and located it between the hand throttle and the joy stick control lever (the extension of the UHMW in front of the switches allow me to rest my palm on it).

Took my sled four steps up out of the basement. I put two wheels with a piece of pipe below the track at the rear and lift the front with a jib pole I've put on my loader. Pull it up a couple of planks and ready to go sledding tomorrow.

Got any pics?

How'd you get your sled in the basement, take a wrong turn, ha...

I just wrapped up this project this afternoon. Built the hydraulic system from scratch, fabricated the joystick mount and front mount to convert a JD 318 54 inch hydraulic snow plow to my GC 2400. Been planning this project for over a year and just completed the painting today. All works extremely well....very happy with the outcome.20191228_143220.jpg20191228_143227.jpg20191228_143234.jpg20191228_143241.jpg20191228_143256.jpg20191228_143305.jpg

I love my M-F (RAD industries) front-mount blower, but there are times when I sure wish I had a plow... Very nicely done!!
