Very nice work! I am also interested in how you turned the lights on the roll bar around. Can you show a closer picture of that? I keep hitting mine.

I just wrapped up this project this afternoon. Built the hydraulic system from scratch, fabricated the joystick mount and front mount to convert a JD 318 54 inch hydraulic snow plow to my GC 2400. Been planning this project for over a year and just completed the painting today. All works extremely well....very happy with the outcome.View attachment 634668View attachment 634669View attachment 634671View attachment 634672View attachment 634676View attachment 634677

Great job captain, you'll really enjoy that hydraulic angling on the blade.

Vic, I was doing the same thing with hitting mine on the trees. I made two flat metal tabs, 3 1/8" H x 2 1/2" W, cut a path into the metal tab that you can run the wire through or a hole big enough for the wiring with the fittings (I found the way that I did it as shown is the easiest). you will have to take the left light and bracket and move to the right side and vice versa). I did this the 2nd week i purchased the machine in 2011, been working perfectly since. Here are the pictures:

I finished a pair of forks to attach to my home made quick change loader. They are ready for painting.

Very nice, when the paint is dry I would like to see a few pictures, maybe next year...

Had to replace a rear hose that wore with movement using my York rake and rear snow blade. Napa was able to make a new one.
