Sounds like that product would have quite the shelf-life. The only downside I could think of would be the aesthetics. I'll also bet your thinkin bout west texas pricing. Add 2 bucks a foot for horse/livestock country here in the NE.
People will pay that vinyl price because the product imitates a traditional board fencing without the associated maintenance.
Larger operations (horse farms and equine training, boarding facilities) won't see aesthetics as much of an issue perhaps though - they need to realize the value and not value the realization.
