Who's running foam filled tires?

It was by the pound for me and the two BX rears were $124 ea... for medium density.

Do you remember what you paid to fill all 4 tires, Bill?

I've got LOTS of hills, so having those back tires filled would be great! I just need to get the front tires filled now so that I can address all the growth in the yard.

I do not remember what I paid but it was long enough ago that ultrarunner's number is probably more representative of today's prices.

Compared to the rears, the fronts are much cheaper. If money was available, I would do all four tires and be done with it. I love having the low weight along with my mower deck. No fear of tipping over the BX...as compared to my B2910, which I did put on its side once, and could not believe it happened...

Whatever the cost today, if your tires are in good shape it is worth doing.

I will never go back to unfilled tires on my BX...and doubt I will need to replace what I have now during my lifetime. I have a set of turfs that only have a few hours on them, which I used when my ags were being foam filled. Probably should sell them to someone as I will never use them again...
