I like to think of them more as lively and exhilarating! :D

Now I'd probably be a much happier and far more contented man overall if I owned a JD310 and an ASV RC-100... but as you well know, I ain't quite there yet!

Entertaining usually :) Oh, but you can have whatever your heart desires. Just sign your name on the dottled line and some smoozy, not very truthful sales person will have it loaded up and delivered right away  Of course, fuel, oil, filters and transportation are extra, but just sign here_______________ and all that will be billed to your account (plus service fees and hourly rates do apply) and don't forget about shop fees that get added just in case they missed something on your itemized bill :D

No banker (or other lender) in the free world is going to loan this poor, old, half-senile, "generic peanut butter eating" man one thin dime. I am routinely thrown out of the local CAT dealer's showroom, treated like a leper with open sores at the local Kubota Palace (the local seller of ASV products) and not allowed beyond the parts counter at either the commercial or aggie JD dealerships in my area. :(

The only thing I plan to sign anytime soon is an application for food stamps!!! :)

Ahh, I thought that might be you I've been seeing around the dealerships and TSCs in southern NH.
Didn't want to start a conversation that might be difficult to break away from, b'sides I've heard your hard luck story here.

Ya really need to DO something about the peanut butter breath - and those open sores.... Ya need to get a newer beggin' bowl too.

That wasn't me. I know 'cause I never beg or accept charity... except food stamps, of course, if I can get them! :)

Well, I ordered two new Hunter ceiling fans today; don't know which company will be handling them. The order confirmation the company I ordered from just says they'll be shipped FedEx or UPS. So I'll hope they arrive from New Mexico in good condition.:D

 I sure hope, somehow, someway, that video makes it to the supervisors of that driver:( That's assuming they even give a rat's behind.

At our buisness I am careful about what I ship on UPS. We have never been paid for a claim ever. The same story "not packaged well enough" is always told. Even added insurance for a typewriter sent for repair. Typewriter arived in a bunch of pieces so a claim was filed. UPS would not pay because we could not produce the original reciept for the typwriter.
The other thing is they will tell you that the shipper must file the claim alot of times. The shipper has already been paid and is also aware of how innafective dealing with them can be. They will likely do nothing as well.
Bottom line, if you are concerned about someone droping your package rom 4 to 6 feet or or someone elses heavy package landing on it, Dont use UPS.

My GF orders some crystal stemware and, despite extreme cushioned packing, it arrives here with three of four items smashed apart by UPS.
Well, replacement Waterford stemware arrived yesterday via UPS again. These were intended to replace the smashed ones noted above. As her request, I opened the heavily padded, double-boxed package only to find that one of the four glasses was smashed.

This is major progress! First time, 3 of 4 smashed. This time, only 1 of 4 smashed!

The good news here is that between the two UPS shipments, we have received exactly 4 intact glasses!!! A 50% success rate!!! My GF is happy as can be about it.

Is this a little sick or what??? :(
