Nobody and I mean NOBODY is without some biases and prejudices...not (so called) journalists, not judges, not doctors, not law enforcement officers not forum moderators and members...

Why can't the whiners and the goody two shoe school marms just put the "select few" on iggy and ignore whatever they post?...why is that so difficult? (any excuse not to do so is just lame)

I'm not an advocate of the recent protests and civil unrest...but it all came about because of the accountability of "an authority figure"...

There is a HUGE difference between flagrant and blatant rule infringements and just pushing the window a little...not being able to honestly express an opinion is just living a lie...some just can't handle the truth...!

My issue is that all these new tractor designations don't mean a thing to me. So when I see a "what should I buy, An xl3987 or a up8972? I just don't care. Same thing goes for the "What did you do on your new 4 wheeled electronically controlled device" .

I could refresh the knowledge base, But I just don't care... ;-)

20 years ago there wasn't that many TBN'ers and now numbers have grown which bring many different personality which bound to cause conflict every now and than.
Kinda simple... we are guest at TBN and if TBN wishes to run the site as they feel fit that's it,like guest to your home you choose and that's it.
Harping and harping naaaa to me just water off ducks back.

There are a few that will always just never get it and never understand that "they" are the problem. TBN does a really good job overall and I admire what the moderators do. They are overworked already, and babysitting people that continue to attack others on a regular basis is a never ending job that nobody wants to do.....

This reality ^^^ is easy to ignore.

Maybe our more polite typical TBN forum members are just easier to pick on than facebookers are, and guys let's not brag about not going there if it's where your comments would fit in better.

Ya'll are not being honest with yourselves. Virtually every thread will have some sort of overt, or covert message posted because that individual has an ax to grind or thinks it's cute / funny. When that happens most of you do / say nothing, (probably because you agree with the rhetoric). No soft rebuke, no chastisement, no " hey buddy, not here "... That silence not only condones the behavior, but actually rewards it. I will not be silent, I will call it out for what it is; if you want these treads to continue then I suggest you all start being a little more forthcoming on shutting down the few who consistently bring their sh*t kickers into the house. Yes, I used the words urban dwellers to describe the people who are rioting, looting and destruction because I could not think of a more pleasant term to use and most of the violence is in urban areas. What do you think is a more "proper" word to use to describe those who are doing the rioting, looting and destruction? Perhaps I should have said underprivileged people who are doing their best to recreate the type of society that most benefits them.

For the majority of them...the term "misguided souls" is as good of a description there is...few if any can actually think for themselves...it's so typical with today's younger generations...what school children are being taught these days is a complete disgrace to reality...!

Why isn't the internet fun anymore? It's 2020 and everybody is pissed off about one thing or another and the internet is our easiest and most accessible social outlet where you can be as blunt as you want. Also IMO there are plenty of tractor guys who have no filter, so to speak... sometimes that rubs people the wrong way.

I've kind thought about new models for moderation that could reward the good and purge the not so good with some degree of accuracy... let me know if you have suggestions for something like that outside of just more moderation.
