Winter Storm of Feb 1-3

just east of kansas city, we have 12" already..Weather people just anounced another 8hours of snow at the rate of 2" per hours..total ???? TO big for me to count...UGHHHHHH good news we are one day closer to spring

I'm jealous. Every winter storm has went north or south of my area in Virginia. During late December, part of WV just over 60 miles away had about a foot of snow. No tractor time in the snow this year for me.

I will ice skating across my back yard later. I have 1" of use on everything. Threw out 80lbs of salt so my wife doesn't do a header walking into the house. She has to park in the driveway because the kubota took her spot and my quads are in my spot

Its started snowing pretty hard here in Macomb, Illinois. They are now predicting as much as 12-24" of snow.

Here too in Wataga....... like you said, I'm gonna have to do my snow removal in installments.
Drifting already with the high winds.

You better keep after it Dave, I know that my bx can easily handle about 8" of snow at a time with the back blade before I start having to move it with the bucket.
All that we are to get is a bunch of ice out of this storm.

Well in NH, Round 1 is about done with 6" and 15* here, Round 2 tomorrow is the real storm you are sending us from the midwest with 14-18" more predicted tomorrow all day.

I'll take snow any day over the ice some of you are getting.. thats treacherous..

Time to go cleanup round 1 before dark..

This is a clip from Channel 7 somewhat "edited" I received today.. yes the snow mix is predicted from 1-3 PM afer the heavy snow here, so at least we won't have to deal with ice underneath..

OK, we were supposed to be hardly nicked by this GroundHog storm, as it was to have stayed south of us.

Dang thing has wobbled 60 miles further north. Great. Just peachy.
Now they say we'll get 6"-8".
Not a lot, but it will mean yet another plowing and shoving. So excited. Not!
