Your towing rigs and trailers

I think it's time this thread could use some more pics :D

Here is my setup. I want to sell this trailer and buy a 24' gooseneck for my next one. It's getting a little "crowded" when I want to bring multiple implements.

Nice stacks!

Both trucks and trailers are very nice!

I certainly need a bigger trailer. ;-)

Here's what I'll drag around. The load in the second pic feels much heavier for some reason!

Rusty,
You have one heck of a nice setup there.

Thank y'all for the compliments. The truck is a 2012 3500 longhorn. 4.10 gears made a huge difference over my 2011 with 3.73s. I have the truck set up just like I like it and wouldn't change anything except for the fuel mileage. I deleted it and while it improved some its still horrible. Trailer is a 25+5 with 10k axles. In hind sight I wish I had gotten the st package with the rubber floors but momma liked this one!

By far, the Excursion has been the best all around tow vehicle for my needs.

I was sorry to see it go.

i love my excursion. the torqshift trans is the best of the autos (at that time, now i think its the aisin 6)

The big downfall of the excursion was the TOO soft suspension, and the weak 11K lb tow rating.

Funny you mentioned the suspension. I towed an enclosed trailer with one a few years back and it was really sensitive to tongue weight, even with a WD hitch. I thought it was just me LOL.

the excursion suspension sucks... I am going to airbag mine, a lot of people do spring pack swaps. i use 1200 lb WD bars, and it works to keep the truck fairly level, but i have them cranked up good.
