You got that right. My cows cost way more than that weed eater.

But I thought the cows were a fertilizer producing system that made money... err wait maybe they make other stuff...

Wrong. We're "Bear Creek Farms, home of the heiffer". This is a standing joke as in 10 years of raising cattle we have only ever had one bull calf. Everything has always been heiffers. Four calves last year, all girls. Three the year before, all girls. Three the year before that, all girls. Two the year before that, both girls. Two the year before that, one boy - one girl. One girl each year before that.:confused2:

All the other breeders I know usually have a fairly even split.

well--- I have an answer for that..

In human there has been a long time theory that Radio Frequency Radiation kills the little boy sperm... and those that are around Radars, HAM stations, or other high powered RF devices, can't have boys..

What are you doing to your bull????

Kinda thinking about it,,,still on the 14th ?

Yep. I'm hoping we get a good turn out. Those Texas boys need someone to give them a run for their money. Too much talk about how great their picnic was every time they have one.

I keep trying to convince RadarTech that he needs to take a vacation and fly out with his family for the weekend.:D

I supose I should update that thread back and get it back to the top.

Many times. She keeps reminding me that when we got married, I promised her 14 daughters. I told her to just look at all our kids (the cattle) and she'll see that she got her 14. She said "Cows don't count!".
