The building we ordered came with the following STANDARD items (from their website) Extended life self drilling fasteners, Formed base trim to eliminate rust, Die formed ridge caps for tighter roof seals, Cover trim at framed openings, Weather proofing closure strips, Purlin Bearing Rib Roof Panels. On another webpage on their website they advertise: Additional Standard Steel Building Features; Post and beam endwalls, Base Trim, Sealed stamped engineering prints, Erection Drawings / Certified Letter, Building construction video.

On this day we had to call the GC (he went to Dallas for the 4 day weekend) because his installers refused to install the base trim and weren't doing the closure strips either. Unfortunately the GC had poured the concrete without reading the engineered prints, looking at the erection drawings and without watching the construction video. This is still unfinished business. Since they poured the concrete with a notch - they can't ever do the base trim. VERY unfortunate - it was one of the primary reasons we selected this metal building Company over the competitors. Countless other errors and imperfections - but I don't want to muddy up this thread with all the unresolved issues... there is a time and place for everything.

We started a nice fire towards the end of their 2nd day of construction - we had a great bbq that evening.

Here I am with three of my favorite people on the planet! I can hang with them all day long and never get bored!!

That's OK... The only thing that matters is that you have pics...;)
Between choosing the best ones and only being able to post three at a time... I'm getting exhausted. ;)

I know. I know. But they had wood posts. Plus this cost less.
