Ok, a hose broke. Going to the dealer or Napa as suggested. next question>
I am getting a rear scrapper blade from Land Pride. With 3 hydrolics for each movement. The tractor has two Hydraulics. Can I simply buy a Block Directional Control Valves to operate these three hydraulics from one source since the front end loader is useing one of these.

This other source would have to be a pressure port.

If your loader valve has a PB port. just add the new valve in series with the PB port.

If your FEL valve does not have PB, then purchase a new valve with PB and put it inline first, then feed the old FEL valve. All the valves have to be in series for open center system.

Thanks JJ, that might be why then it set up like it is on the back. One line goes to three ports in a series with a shut off valve before the last two, so they don't leak while not being used. Seems to me you could add another or remove the two extra and put in a multi port connection. Same way with the return line. But i will have to check into this more. Seems to me it works kind of like electric, who goes in has to come out for it to power itself. but its a closed system and cirulates.

I think that however is the least of my worries. I was so upset over the hose breaking, I forgot to mention the tractor makes a terrible noise in gear, until you let out the clutch. And between gear changes and when putting it into reverse. So it must have to do with the clutch. The delivery guy sad, I was pushing the clutch in to far on a old ford like this. sounds fishy to me.

And they told me they used it around the place, but thats doubtful with this noise, and then the deliver guy said that noise will stop after its been used awhile since it was sitting. So someone is handing me a line of bull.

If you are saying that your tractor system is closed center hyd, that changes things. The valves added will have to be closed center valves and can be connected in parallel.

Thanks JJ, Thats what I think, and I don't know nothing about a tractor except I like them and wanted one to fart around with on my little acerage and road work. I am going to cancel my order of $3,600 of additional equipment if they don't fix it. No need to thro good money after bad, with that type of sale.
Oh, I fixed the leadks on the hyraulics. they didn't bother to tighten down the fittings on the left side, I could screw them with my hand, and tightened them snug, So now I just need to replace the hose, and the one next to it looks even worse in the bend. See ya around. Oh y eah, they promised me a oil change, didn't do it, so I have to buy oil and filter. I guess 15w40 rotella will do, and any hydrolic to off the system after I put on the new hoses, if I can find where to put it. Don'tt get my manual till next week.

I called them about this issue, they said the thro out bearing can go out overnight. One day its good, the next day its bad. Called locally for a estimate, they told me $1,500 or more labor with a front end loader plus parts. I got this tractor from so I guess it is as always buyer beware.

Ervin Smith,
May I ask what you had to pay for the tractor? Lee
