The manual even states the relief settings. 2630 psi to 2770 psi.

Are ya all confused yet:laughing:
The safety valve is for the 3pt in case of a shock load or sudden over load and it has nothing to do with anything but the 3pt. The loader valve has the only relief.
The rear remote I added is a factory remote, exact to the last bolt and washer to what they use at the factory and it gets its oil from a port on the top of the main tractor case by the 3pt. Pressure and return ports are side by side. It is a very easy installation.
As I have said before the only way to get higher than relief oil is for there to be a small percentage of oil by-passing the relief and going to the PB port.:confused2:
If that's the case, then increasing the size of the hose and fittings from the loader valve tank connection to sump should fix the problem. Only a restriction on the return side will force pressure higher than a relief setting.

Thank you for posting those pages. Makes things a lot easier to understand when you can see it in print.

In looking at this schematic of the loader valve it does explain how you get oil down stream to do another function.
Spool #2 or the "Boom Control" takes any oil coming back from the "A" or "B" port and directs it into the PB line. This feature is meant for raising and dumping simultaneously or lower and curl. You could also in theory raise or lower the loader and use the 3PH.
Spool #1 or the "Bucket control does not have this feature.
Based on the schematics and descriptions provided by 4shorts, the FEL relief should control pressure to all of the functions so now we are back to what is not right.
Kubo, how far away is the dealership where you looked at the other tractor and did the pressure tests? Are ALL of the lines from the FEL to the rear valves visible? If yes is there a chance you could physically compare every connection to confirm a line is not connected incorrectly.

Your welcome but J-J is the one who sent me a PM about it. I haven't been following things so closely due to the holidays. My gauge set is out on loan because we have our shop down for another week other than that I could have done some checks on my end for you. If you need anything else out of the manuals let me know. I have them here in he office.
