Tried the neighbors blue tractor

Geeeez John, Sorry if I intruded on your Forum....but what one poster has surmised is true....I just always click on " Since My Last Visit " when I log on and was drawn in by the post title, I had no idea it was posted to the Kubota thread...I will be more careful in the future to stay away...

I did not think I posted anything bad though...all I posted was " You feel better now ? New Hollands are fine tractors ! " That did not seem bad to me but what do I know ?

I didn't see anything wrong ... course I'm not the TBN police.

So I quess that means if we don't own a Kubota ... pass on responding to this thread?

Another snide remark. Thanks.
I've sent my application in to be the TBN Orange Forum Police and hope to hear from them soon. I've offered to do it for free with no expectation of sick or vacation benefits.

Bit of presumptive thinking, right?

I brought a lime distributor back from the bulk plant with the PU and had the bush hog on my Kubota so the neighbor offered his tractor for me to use to pull the trailer/spreader which was very nice of him. I had the tow bar and hitch for the connection. I used the blue tractor and was grateful, but glad to return it. I never realized until then what a Cadillac the Kubota L4400 is compared to others. :)

Exactly what kind of blue tractor was it? I mean, if your comparing a new L4400 to a worn out 70's model 2000 gas burner I can see what your talking about... But if your comparing it to a new T4030 Supersteer, that's a different story and would be hard to prove.

Good thing he doesn't have to PROVE anything.:D Here on the Kubota owners Forum we take all good opinions concerning Kubotas by Kubota owners as GOOD OPINIONS.
Now we (me) are a bit less accepting about non Kubota owners saying bad things about Kubotas which I'm sure you Blue owners and green owners feel the same way on your Blue and Green specific Forums.
I hope no Orange owners are straying away to other colored (Don't know why they would, I never have) forums and giving their opinions that Orange beats Blue or Green, I'd say "But they do" but I've never owned any other color other than Orange in 9 years.
As TripleR says (He owns different colors) I'm sure they are all good tractors.

I'm not sure you're getting the point. The L4400 is the entry level or economy trim level for Kubota, if you compare it to an all decked out full bells and whistles version of any other brand (or say a Grand L), it might not come out on top. Also, age matters, tractors continue to improve, so if you're comparing old iron to a modern tractor, there's sure to be a difference.

BTW, I take all GOOD opinions as GOOD opinions too, no matter what forum it's in  - "...Here on the Kubota owners Forum we take all good opinions ... as GOOD OPINIONS"

I'm also not sure why you think people should stay in their respective areas of TBN. I'll second the member who said he had no idea what form he was posting in, no matter where it was displayed AND NO MATTER HOW BOLD YOU MAKE IT. I look in the "Today's Posts" section all the time and add my voice to various discussions without checking what forum it's in. Now of course, this comes from a Kioti owner, and since not much ever goes wrong with Kioti's, our forums can be a little boring at times

Maybe I'm misreading you John, but lighten up a little, have a little fun with this, why else are you here?

I just saw that under most active threads and thought it was interesting how an exact model of kubota was compared to a "blue" tractor... :)

If I venture into threads for tractors of a different color, that's how...

Lots of defections from orange to blue. Just the blue is LS. LS is the orange of the 1980's.

It never occurred to me to use Today's Posts, but I just did it and I sure have been missing a lot. I'll probably just stick with the few I have been using though.
