It was a trick question. Actually Alaska is both the farthest west and farthest east (also farthest north of course) going strictly by geography as the 180 meridian goes through it. The dateline does bend to include all of Alaska in th same time zone though.

But we could have travelled 3.5 billion miles in that time frame.:anyone:. Now the human brain can't think of two things at the same time that is the way we are.. So now let's say you jump in your mass vacuum cleaner and head to the Sonic for a burger and fries and it is only 35 million miles away or one thousands of a sec.:dance1:.

No. At those speeds, if you call in your order, the call will get there after you arrive.

that is correct Bruce.. that is why you should never call in an order,, just show up and give them any name.. like Jane,, then they will say did you say James.. and you say Yes..
