Lou; You are CORRECT!

Farthest east is Maine, right?

It was a trick question. Actually Alaska is both the farthest west and farthest east (also farthest north of course) going strictly by geography as the 180 meridian goes through it. The dateline does bend to include all of Alaska in th same time zone though.

I have a question,, Based on the theory E=MC2 or energy is equal to mass travelling at the speed of light squared.. The speed of light is roughly,, 186,000 mps in a vacuum/cleaner.. or around 35.6 billion miles per sec squared,,
Okay it been a couple of months and we have mastered a vacuum cleaner travelling at the speed of light squared.:dance1:.
Now we as human blink our eyes which takes 1/10 of a second,, during that 1/10 of a second we are blindly unconscious..
But we could have travelled 3.5 billion miles in that time frame.:anyone:. Now the human brain can't think of two things at the same time that is the way we are.;). So now let's say you jump in your mass vacuum cleaner and head to the Sonic for a burger and fries and it is only 35 million miles away or one thousands of a sec.:dance1:.

Here is the question>> should you call in your order? :laughing:Lou

No. At those speeds, if you call in your order, the call will get there after you arrive.

:)

that is correct Bruce.. that is why you should never call in an order,, just show up and give them any name.. like Jane,, then they will say did you say James.. and you say Yes.. James.. then they will say drive up.. it may not be what you wanted.. but it will be fresh and quick.. Now you can ask a question.:D. Lou

???? Yes, it was a trick question. But strike 3?? What has rubbed you the wrong way in my posts other than this trick one?

Harry K

Nothing you did Harry, I guessed two wrong answers in Farmgirls' question and yours was my third wrong, hence the 3 strikes. Sorry to look angry at you. :drink:

No problem. I was just curious as I do tend to rub people the wrong way.
