I think my Business Manager would see thru that!!!!![]()
Just get a deckover tilt. :thumbsup:I have had both tilt and deckover. Tilt trailers are great for loading rolling equipment. Super simple and quick to load and unload. Deckovers shine when it comes to wider equipment and cargo. If I only hauled my skid steer and tractor I would still have my tilt. However, I now haul a small dozer and bundles of lumber. The fenders of the tilt would not allow me to load the dozer and made it difficult to forklift load and unload lumber.
Just get a deckover tilt. <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=357846"/> Picture from Google Image Search.
That's what I have and suggested.
I think that if I get a deckover, I'm leaning to getting one with duals. I have yet to see a tandem axel dual with a tilt deck?

As I said before, the end of a deckover dovetail isn' going to be any higher than the tail end of tilt that's not tilted. I don't use ramps and can always find a spot to load. I'm not trying to sway you. Just pointing out that it's not hard to get on a deckover. Just looks harder. There's just something I don't trust about a tilt. Not sure what it is. Just doesn't seem tough enough. But I'm certainly no expert, having never owned one. A low deck tilt surely limits your versatility. But that might not be an issue for you. I'm anxious to see what you get, with pictures of course!!! Wish you knew someone close that would let you borrow each kind. Maybe your local dealer would?? Sure would be cool to load/unload on a tilt, then go get a deckover and load/unload again.
