Thank you much. Still haven't found any info on the snowblower. Haven't looked since this morning. I would think I would be able to find a manual someplace. I'll try calling a dealer again tomorrow. Haven't had much success going that route. You guys have been way more helpful

Found out the Snow blower is a Toro 150 Model 44910.

I have a 1998 Toro Groundsmaster 325D Model/Serial 30795-80161. The right brake cable is locked up. It does not look like it was routed correctly.

Looks like it kinked up a little. At $115, I don't want to kink the new cable up.

I did not see any pics of the cable in the manual and am not having much luck figuring out how it is supposed to run. I did read one reference about taking the clamp off that holds it in place - on my mower there is no clamp in between the ends. It's just routed in the manner it's routed, hanging loose.

Can anybody get me pics of the LEft & right front brake cables on a Toro Groundsmaster 325D ?

I just got back in and the left side does not look quite right either

Didn't see your comment about the left side, before I went out and took some pictures of the spare parts machines.

Here is the right side, it goes down and lays on top of the springs:

Thanks again.

Does the left side run through the same hole in the frame as the right side?

Yep, the same location on the left side:

Thanks again. Mine is just run straight back on the right left side - Did not look right to me.

The right side was run underneath everything. Looked like it was rubbing on the drive shaft and got kinked by the lifting arm.

got them done.

Then I Noticed a drip off the hydrostat. More work to do.

I have decided to reroute the left side back the way they had it. For some reason it does not want to bend to clear the lift arm. So I am going to take it back apart and run in inside the bracket like it was before. It seems that bending it enough to clear the lift arm as shown pushes the part of the cable outside the frame dangerously close to the tire. if I ever have to run chains for the snow blower it would never work.

Now for the 1996 Toro Groundsmaster 223D. It looks like there is a leak where the right axle tube goes into the hydrostat.

Looks like it is leaking around the tube right where it goes into the case.

Looks like somebody had put some JB weld around the tube a long time ago. Must have worked for a long time. I've had the mower for many years.

It looks like the axle tube came out of the case just a smidgen. There was a visible gap between the JB Weld and the hydrostat case. Maybe 1/64 to 1/32" gap.

I have not looked at how to fix it yet. Anybody had any experience there?

Any ideas on what I might expect to find?

How id the axle tube held into the case?

Or am I better off to ignore it and run it until it is a real issue? I'm not big on doing things like that.

I prefer to fix things before they become an emergency.

On the 1998 Toro Groundsmaster 325D with the Mitsubishi engine.

I believe the glow plug controler is not working correctly. My glow plug indicator is not working and the glow plugs are only getting 8.3 volts instead of 10.5.

When the weather got colder I noticed right off that I had to hold the glow plug button way to long - about 40 to 50 seconds.

Can anybody give me a clue on part number or possibly a simple fix?

The part number for the indicator is Toro 42-9190 $56.04

I would think I get get something far cheaper to reduce from 12 to 10.5 volts - any ideas?
